I have only been with O2 for 5 weeksn and have not had a resonable service - since last Wednesday, mostly not being able to make or receive calls, at first i was told my handset was faulty and had to do lots of restores, then told it was the signal but that was now fixed which clearly it hasnt been.
Are 02 going to reimburse us for the inconveinence?

Had a text message from O2 few months ago saying the signal in my area was being upgraded. Since then the signal has been rubbish to non existant. This needs sorting out as I am missing important calls when people keep saying my phone is turned off, but it's not

You might be getting 4G, your signal might vary until the work is finished, hopefully only a few days.

A few months? Not very good, normally takes a couple of weeks for the upgrade to be complete. Is this the same everywhere or in one place?
