You may need to visit an apple Genius Bar.

Do you have any insurance cover via O2 , home insurance or bank insurance if your over the 12 months Apple provides unless you have Apple Care +

Hi

Try pressing the top button and home button together until the Apple logo shows and let go.

Also try forgetting the wifi network and re connect.

Nope-tried all of that-it just doesn't give me wifi as an option-it's greyed out!!!

I've tried a full reset-put it in the freezer-everything-still no option for wifi-or bluetooth!

On looking on Apples forums try this

"Try the troubleshooting suggestions in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and if that does not help, a user has found that it helps to:

Go to Settings and turn Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Go to Settings and turn Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb OFF"

Common hardware failure on the 4s so if non of the "tricks" work seek out a decent phone repair shop.
