Issue with iPhone 6 Hanging Up

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Does anyone else have this issue or a suggested fix.  I have an iPhone 6.  When someone rings me, it tends to hang up on that person within about 30 seconds.  I don't press anything or do anything to make it hang up, it just does it.  If I ring someone it doesn't do it, it just works.

Any suggestions for a solution would be appreciated.

Try a reset first by holding home and power button until Apple logo appears on screen......

Have you thought about a sim swap?
I'd also make an appointment with Apple to have the phone checked out.

You could try ->

Settings , general , reset , reset network settings.

Can you try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination ?

If you do have a local Apple Store then as indicated they can run a diagnosis.

Does it say called ended or call failed?

Have you tried a full restore via iTunes on a pc or Mac? If that doesn't solve it, book a genius appointment at your local Apple Store & they will likely swap it for a new handset, if there isn't one near you, they also do courier delivery
