I just got an IPhone 5 and when I put the sim in it just says 'no service' constantly. I know there is service as my old phone is working. I'd really appreciate some help or advice. Thanks in advance.

One of the biggest scams is to sell a phone and then make an insurance claim saying the phone has been lost/stolen. Double your money! Hope this isn't the case for you.

The nano sim will be blank and won't work until you do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Yes I suggested that in my first post but hopefully the poster has sorted it now.
