Iphone 5S won't turn on

Anonymous
Not applicable

My Iphone 5S was in my pocket (fully charged) and there was music playing, through headphones, then everything stopped, and the screen has gone black, and now it won't work at all or charge

Is there something simple wrong or does it have to be sent back (under the insurance)

Hi

Try a reset of your iPhone by ;

Holding the Top Sleep/Wake Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

If it is completely dead it could be the processor that has failed - It would be a warranty or insurance job to fix it.
