I can send texts but can't receive them, I can make and receive calls. I've reset the network, turned the phone on and off and reset the phone. No joy. Help!

1. Go to settings
2. Go to carriers
3. Switch off auto
4. Change carrier to vodafone
5. Wait until it fails to connects
to vodafone then repeat the
first 4 steps only this time
choose o2

Try this and ill look for the correct message center number for you first.

Sorry should ask is it a new phone? Contract or PAYG? How long have you had the problem?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Hmmm.

Intriguing one.

Is iMessage affected as well?

What is your message center number set at?

iMessage is 'waiting for activation'. I haven't received an iMessage or text so could be both. How do I find out what my message center number is set at? Thanks

Hmm ok.

Check your service status for me as well. I wonder if there's a known issue;

Success! Switching the carrier to Vodafone and back to O2 again did the trick 😄 Thanks so much for your help. I've just had 20+ messages through
