I have recently bought an iPhone 5c which requires a smaller sim than the sim I already have for my iPhone 4, how do I go about reordering a new sim card?

Hi

If on Payg then via https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim/

A shop can also transfer your tariff and number from your original sim to the new nano one too or you can do it via http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk

Easiest way is to call in to am o2 shop and they will do everything for you.
