I got give an IPhone 5s about 3 weeks ago put in the new 4g sim that o2 sent me. Transfered my number to new sim.

Changed my o2 tariff from pay and go go go to the 4g big bundles tariff that got changed over this morning but it's still showing as 3g and not 4g. I know I'm in a 4g area. How do I get my IPhone 5s to work with 4g settings have 4g ticked.

They are, but again, you need to have the correct bolt on enabled too on your account.

You need CS to check this for you.

One of the 3 masts near my work is o2. There's another o2 mast 15 or 16mins walk to the southweast from me. The o2 coverage checker shows.

Did not even know bolt on was part of the tariff.

Is there anyway to check the data bolt on online. I looked at my o2 but it dont say anything about data bolt on just the o2 big bundles pay and go tariff im on.

My IPhone 5s is working ok with 3g but still cant get 4g.

They said 4g has been activated on my account.

At times I use wi-fi when in the house.

Download the my o2 app from the apple App Store, load it up and log into your account, then click on bolt ons and see if you have the iPhone data bolt on. If you have the blackberry bolt on on your account 4g Won't work

I got the My 02 app on my IPhone and it says you dont have any bolt ons when I go to bolt ons.

I had just thought as I dont pay for any  extra bolts ons it would not list any.

This is the fist time i have had a 4g ready phone and and an IPhone as my old phone was the Nexus 4 that I had for over 2 years was only 3g.

It won't be listed as an individual bolt on.
You need to get CS to check it is iData as was mentioned this morning.

The different tarrifs must work differently then, as my sim
Only trarrif shows the included data allowance as a free iPhone data bolt on when I load up my o2 and click on bolt ons.
