Not applicable
My daughter has had several iPhones including an iPhone 5s and not once has she received 10 emails to input her 02 settings. I am facing 2 years of not having mms or
Proper setting on my phone because I'm am nearly 50 and do not want to even attempt to program phone from 10 emails because O2 gurus are incapable of sending settings. I am not a computer programmer. Poor show never ever ever doing business with this company again.

All you need to do is go to Settings >Mobile (or Cellular) >Mobile data network and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Select reset network settings and wait for the phone to restart.
Job done slight_smile
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Call cs on 202 & ask them to reprovision mms on your account.

You could also if you wish to send photos etc use FB Messenger, Whatsapp or viber as they are free to send
