Hi @Anonymous If you are looking for free O2 wifi then you have to download the app and find an area that provides the Wifi.http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/wifi

It may be easier for you go into MY O2 and purchase another bolt on http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

or even change your tariff to one that gives you more data...

Log on to o2 WiFi anywhere you see it advertised.
Its free for everyone even if not an o2 customer.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

...that app doesn't always specifiy the correct areas though!

At my local train station (Sanderstead) I can receive full O2 wifi and yet, this area is not shown on any O2 wifi map (app or website) and it has been like this for months!!  I even tweeted to O2, via Twitter but had no idea why this was happening!!

The app is only necessary for finding (some) hotspots.
You don't need it to actually connect although it will remember any previously used ones and log you in again automatically.
