Fed up with rubbish O2

No service at all today, now in central London and still no service. Utterly ridiculous and fed up with O2. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years but feel I need to give someone else a go.

no signal all afternoon,i have 3 contract phones with o2 this is not good enough.plz sort this out really thinking of not renewing contracts 2 up coming this year.

Their work could have finished at that time,but it can take a while for the network to balance out and work normally
