Changed to iphone 5s

Hi,

I had to change my phone from Samsung S3 to Iphone 5S, do I need to contact o2 to change my data bundle as it does not seem to work now but was in the Samsung.

Any help offered would be great please.

Yes, you need to call 202 and ask to be put onto iData for iPhones.

As a temp measure you can change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" but non of the specific iPhone features will work, just the data will.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
