Changed accounts, direct debits cancelled! Help!

Anonymous
Not applicable
So a few days ago I had to change bank details e.g. Account no, card details... The whole lot. (Same bank). I transferred all my direct debits & standing orders, everything else changed through to my new account with no problem apart from my o2 direct debits... They say that it's cancelled. Now I'm looking on my o2 & I'm now late for a payment but I'm in the states at the moment. Tried emailing customer services but I got an automated email telling me this service was no longer in use, I've tried to get the live chat on my phone but will never load... There's no way of my changing my bank details on here so I don't know what to do?? Somebody please help!!!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Call ò2 and make a manual payment immediately or you will find your phone disconnected.. It's free and I know there is a time difference but you need to make payment as soon as possible. You can also pay through my O2.

When I changed banks the new bank sorted all my direct debits out including o2.
