Cannot send email out since upgrading to iPhone 6.

Hi guys.
Totally lost I upgraded back in March & im still unable to send emails out. I've tried everything 02 have suggested on live chat... Ie.... Deleting email info & inputting again.
Turning data off/ turn phone off/taking sim out etc...

I can receive and read ok just not send out

What email account is it?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Anonymous If this is not related to a problem with O2 webmail, and you don't find the answer you're looking for here, your best bet is to book an appointment at an Apple store.

smtp server details can be entered for any provider but we need to know which one first.

As I said, they can give us more info here first, and the Apple option is an alternative if we can't help.
