Hello- I would like to know how to cancel my contract as transfer my number to a new phone and network.

What type of contract are you on? How much time have you left outstanding?

Please ring 202, and choose the option for disconnections. They will advise you if you have any contract left, any termination fees, and even make you a new offer if applicable. Failing that they will issue you with a Pac code. Hope this helps. It is quite busy in the afternoons, but if you can try tomorrow morning, it will be quieter
