Can't text or call

Hi there 

Since I've done the sim swap I can't text or call anyone. However I have a full signal and wifi, 3G is working perfectly fine. Any ideas what to do ?

How long ago was the sim swap done? Maybe the swap hasn't fully completed yet. Try turning your phone on & off to reboot it then try acal, & text

I would say it seems like a sim problem? Have you tried it in another phone to see what happens with that?

If it still doesn't work properly after rebooting the phone then you need to consider changing the sim.

As you can't phone you could pop into your local O2 shop and get them to look at it for you...

Where did the phone come from that you are requiring the new sim from?
Working data and nothing else can signify a blocked phone issue?
