Way too few staff answering the phones these days unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If what you're enquiring about isn't account related, maybe someone here can help.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

How many times have we seen that this weekend....I know holiday season has begun but don't O2 employ additional staff to cope with this time of year?

Edited to add.....they think the forum will cope with queries......obviously...

From my experience of working there they don't employ extra staff. They ask for volunteers for overtime but they are particularly undermanned at times of religious festivals. Like any big company holidays have to be rotored in with only so many allowed holidays at the same time.

Well I know from working in the NHS, school holiday times are horrendous to cover. Though my particular hospital would never allow more than 2 people off per week (in each ward and department)...So it was first come first served.Occasionally we brought in agency staff...but were reluctant to do that. A ward or departmental manager was responsible for managing ALL aspects of their wards
