Hi!
I was interested in this myself as well, but was never able to find any solid info on this, so just didn't bother ![]()
I did find this (very) old topic, which states:
"Whilst a divert is in place and you receive an incoming call, you'll be charged for an outgoing call from your mobile to the diverted number once the call is connected (this will come out of the inclusive allowance if applicable). This will be charged at the standard rate depending on your tariff."
However, as this topic is a bit old, I would double check with customer service if I were you. Strange that there is no information at all about this on the site ![]()
Can you post the outcome? I would love to know myself as well.

Tried to set up call forwarding on unreachable yesterday without success. Because the web site instructions say "To activate **62* phone number#SEND" i had assumed it was a text.
It is not. It is a (phone) call,to number "**62*phone number#CALL" likewise to cancel is ##62# is a call. Allbeit that you don't have to speak to anyone. Just thought I would add that in case anyone else struggles to set it up.

Yes as long as it's diverted to a UK mobile or regionalised landline number.
