I can't seem to get it to recognise any devices. I am trying to send photos from a friends phone to mine. They can see my phone but mine just keeps searching & gets nothing. I have reset network settings twice & turned off Bluetooth twice & the phone off twice & still no joy. Please can someone help

I think I can convert the misses but the daughter is still at the brainwashed stage of her life so I've no chance slight_smile
