sony z3 compact taking ages to save recording

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi All

Few mins ago I have recorded a video, about 40 secs long and it was saving it for ages without actually saving it. So closed the camera app, and tried to record another video, but error message pops up saying it's saving my previous video, so can't use the camera.

I have restarted the phone and tried recording again, but still no joy!

Can anyone help, this is very annoying!

Cheers in advance.

OK, go to settings/apps and go across to "all"
Find camera and cameras and clear cache and clear data.
Exit to home screen once done.
Now open the sd/sim card flap and press the yellow tab until the phone vibrates.
Will boot up, and then u try again.

Must be internal storage as don't have a memory card inserted. Switched the phone off/on and recorded a 30 secs vid, saved it with no issues, now 46 secs long and still saving it!

Not a good experience.

Are these two instances the first you've encountered with this Adrianna or has it been fine before ?

Surely if they were the first, then it would have been fine before.

Or did I read that wrong?
