Hi what's the best way to get my HTC 1 mini screen fixed as its smashed

Probably better to get it repaired by the professionals. HTC have their own repair centres

As there is a two year warranty on the phone it's always advisable to have the repair done by the manufacturers. If you aren't too bothered about warranty try any of your local mobile shops.
