Hello, i just upgraded from the samsung s5 to the s6, just waiting for it to bed delivered, but am wondering if 02 will send a nano sim out to replace the micro, or will i have to ring them?

Normally the sim is sent with the phone and it should be a Nano sim

If you receive a nano sim with the phone you will have to do a sim swap. http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ For security reasons it won't come with the sim activated.

All new phones should come with a combi sim which will suit mini, micro or nano sizes. Just push out the size you need.

However o2 have been known to supply phones missing the sim card in which case pop instore to pick one up and they will do the sim swap for you.
