this again all they do is lie o2 is a massive company and being a reliable customer i am on sim contract and they told me i cud upgrade but now they are saying no i carnt until after 6 month what a joke all they do when am on live chat is beat around the bush i has copied the reply off a customer sevice operative and he say i can get a upgrade so am taking this further

Multiposting is fairly pointless as exactly the same people see it but unfortunately no one at o2 as this is a customer to customer forum. As much as we sympathise you need to go through complaints initially and enclose a copy of the chat transcript. It's all done by email and takes 10 minutes.
