no coverage on galaxy s4

since i have had a system update on my galaxy s4 there is a triangle on my task bar saying no service ! its been like that for a week now.Is it o2 or the system update ?

Hi,

 

 

Remove your sim card and give it a clean to remove any static build up.

 

You can check if its o2's masts by looking at your service status.

Also its also worth checking your APN settings just to make sure the update didnt do anything to these.

Contact o2 on 202 - Contract or 4445 - Payg to ensure you account is Ok.

 

 

Options such as re installing the update, soft reset and hard reset remain open to you if necessary.
