my sim card broke but I want to keep my old number

how do I keep my old number on a new sim, the number is very important to me so I don't want to lose it.

Go in any o2 store and just ask them to transfer your number to a new sim or call CS and order one online then activate it by calling CS when it arrives.

You'll need to pass your account security checks as you won't be able to receive a verification text on your old sim card though.
