I had a problem with the order process earlier this evening, when it wouldn't process the payment. I logged back in when I got home after work and finish the order process. At the end of the upgrade process/payment I had a web-page come up that said "you're all done" with all the details on it, which I printed. The order (upgrade) now shows in my O2 online account in the page for my device. I also received a confirmation text message. Not sure if that helps, but those were the outcomes of a succesful upgrade order.
