my contract ended on 8th may so my last payment should of bene start of june  for device plan but o2 didnt colect this and i still owe them last payment dont know why o2 hasnt took it out with my tariff like it usually does can someone help

You will have to call CS on 202 or make the payment manually through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
As customers ourselves, we wouldn't know why it wasn't collected, sorry.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
