Hi all,

I'm hoping you can help, I am trying to set up VM but for some reason the 1750 number is not working. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Try 175002.
If you have Tugo installed you need to turn on VM from the settings within the Tugo app.

Thanks both, really appreciate  it. Unfortunately, it's saying the 175002 number is invalid.

I used to have TuGo but uninstalled it months ago, perhaps there's still something left that's preventing me activating the VM.

Reinstall TuGo and before you delete it sign out and tick the box to delete all data.

Amazing! Working perfectly now, thank you! Had to re-install, delete and uninstall again but we got there.

Tugo has always played havoc with VM and was one of the reasons I stopped using the older versions. Now it has VM control through the app it is much better.
