Hi All,

I leave my Galaxy Note in my office as it is the best location for signal strength.  My problem is that when the phone rings and I am in another room I can never get to it fast enough.  it rings 3 times then drops the call.  Is there an option anywhere on the phone that will allow you to increase the number of rings before it drops out with missed call?  Now running latest firmware - Jelly Bean (I think)

Just tried this and it says "call forwarding was successful" - is that right?

Should be sorted now. That's the message you should get. You could switch off voicemail by calling 1760.
