They won't go away!

Previously, for unwanted emails, when I pressed the 'add to spam button', I got two options:

Block sender

Block domain

I have always pressed 'block domain' but suddenly both options now result in an overriding message stating 'sorry email has stopped working'  (even though I have just received the message by email....).

I therefore now have just one option: the dustbin. But this only deletes, it doesn't prevent.

What has gone wrong?

I have now realised this was happening because my setting on email blocking is full (only 200 addresses allowed! I get at least 200 unwanted emails per week).
This from what is reputedly one of the best mobile phones available (discuss...)
I am also consistently advised that I have -2 emails (minus two).
I can't solve that one, so time to buy myself out of this contract and get a Nokia.

Try this.

I used this before it became a commercial product. It worked well for me then.

Well, hadn't really thought about it until now. But yes, I would say that it started about the time I changed. But aren't they the same company? I didn't have to change my aol screen name...?

They are all owned by carphone warehouse but still operate as separate companies I would say it's a sign of the change
