Text Problems receiving texts

Has anyone had any issues wherebye they are not receiving all texts sent to them?  My issues seemed to start when my pay monthly contract ran out and was sent a SIM only sim.  Think O2 then had different sim card registered compared to the one I had in my phone.  Have now upgraded and now have a new S7 and a new sim card but still seem to be having the problem.  Anyone any ideas?

The only difference in sim cards are between Pay and contract ones.
Make sure you have the correct one for your account type.

New phone is on contract and purchased in Samsung shop. They put the new Sim in so definitely a contract sim.  Still having issues not receiving all texts.  Receive some but not others so not continuous problem just intermittent

Is there a Spam list for texts? I know there is in emails but never seen one for texts?

Have looked and dont have a spam list on the S7.  Thing is its not an individual person I'm having problems with - i can get a text message from a contact one minute then not receive the next one they send!

I does sound like it could be a network issue in that case.
Check your postcode here and report it as an issue if no faults shown http://status.o2.co.uk/
