Hi, I am trying to unlock my Z3 to a different network while I am away on deployment. Everytime I submit my request through o2 I get a reply saying;

'This iPhone unlatching request has been rejected as there are multiple
unlock requests received.'

I check each time I submit and I definitely haven't selected apple. So why do I get this response?

Call customer services on 202 and discuss with them.

It sounds like an error in the request somewhere.

For some reason, multiple submissions of the form flag a security risk and the requests are blocked - You only need to submit once then wait for the email.
You will need to call CS now and get them to push it through for you but they will require that you pass the account security checks first.
