Not applicable

Can an individual legally use a contract that is meant for a business? Should it be sold to an individual?

Technically no but some trusted partners don't seem to mind.

It can be used by individuals but is of no benefit to them whatsoever.... Aerial direct are the trusted partners who will tie customers into a 24 mth business contract which is unsuitable for their needs @Anonymous

Have you been sold such a contract?

The OP's post sounds a bit ominous. @Anonymous if you have been sold one of these contracts and don't want it, you need to get on to customer service asap http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes you can use a business contract if you wish.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Trusted partner... Sniggers.

Individuals can take out business plans as a sole trader. But... Can't see the benefit.
