SimSwap hasn't worked

Got my new HTC One X + microsim yesterday morning on upgrade, did the SimSwap online.Now my old sim no longer works but the new sim doesn't work either.So effectively i am without a usable phone , i got customer services to re-do the sim swap this morning as it was 24hrs since i did it myself, but its not looking good. 6 hours later and still no progress on the sim working .What are my options if it still isn't sorted tomorrow morning?

Have you tried rebooting the phone at regular intervals?

 

You could try the online chat to see if they can get it provisioned for you.

Rebooted more times than i can count, and got online chat to redo the sim swap for me this morning , i know i still have 24 hrs for this redo to take effect but so far 30hrs without a phone is a bit rubbish.Its a shame as i have not had any problems with O2 until this.I'll keep my fingers crossed and keep re-booting , hopefully it will be fixed soon

Still wasn't working this morning so contacted online chat and they sorted it straight away and i now have a usable phone! slight_smile
