I have a Samsung s5 and it keeps comin up with sd card unexpectedly removed, I have never done this and the card has always been in the fone. Can anyone help me please

It's either a faulty sd card or a faulty phone.
Is it a good quality card or a Chinese rip off?

Try un mounting it and cleaning. Then remount it but I had the same problem a long while ago and had to replace the card.
