Wher I live O2 claim Good signal outdoors, Poor signal indoors. Both the missus and me have S3's and at times one or other of the phones will lose signal indoors for maybe just a minute or so. Very random as to which phone.

One thing I do know, when the phones are connected to our home wi-fi niether phone will have a signal. Both come up with the message "O2 unavailable" with an x beside the signal bar. Only mobile I've ever had that this has happened on.

I've never had a problem with signal on mine, in fact it's better than my S2 was in the same areas. Tell us some more info.... Have you activated the SIM, changed your Bolt On, set up the APN's etc. Check your postcode on the service status page for any network issues (the snow can be a problem in some areas)..... etc.....

There may be an issue with your handset. You can take it back to O2 to get it checked out. The other thing you can try is switching to GSM only in Settings >More Settings>Mobile Network >Network Mode and select "GSM Only"

It's not just you, my phone always has little or no signal! I have to restart my phone sometimes just to get a bar! Took it in to o2 and they did a sim swap but still didn't do anything!

Insist on getting your phone repaired. If it's faulty you don't have to put up with it.
