I can't access my voicemail, dialing 901 doesn't work, holding down the hot key doesn't work or using the notification when it comes through. Help please!

Speak to Cs on 202 as they can look at your voicemail.

Hi

Try dialling 1760 to turn It off then 1750 to turn back on.

Or

Press phone then open call settings. Go down to voicemail ~ voicemail settings and then enter 901 as the voicemail number.

Then activate voicemail by dialing 1750.

Another option is

"Go to your Applications list, select Settings, Go to "Call", Scroll down to "Voicemail" and select it (right at the bottom).

Once in there, set your "Voicemail Number" to 901."

What happens when you call 901?
Are you payg? If so you my need credit to access VM.

Nothing happens when I key in 901 my phone doesn't seem to recognise it as a call. Also I'm on contract, I've tried the other suggestions still not working 😞
