Most likely cause is an app conflict.
Battery saving apps are notoriously bad for this kind of fault.
If you can't think of an app that might be causing a conflict you will need to reset phone back to factory settings and only install essential apps until you can identify the issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Is the handset new, has it always done this?  Or is it a problem that's only just started?

Have you downloaded any apps that coincide with your problems?

Try uninstalling anything you don't use.

Back up and try a factory reset and if the problem is still there then contact Samsung support and arrange a warranty repair.
