Help! My new Samsung Galaxy S3 mini has just died on me. It had plenty of charge on it still - just died.

A battery pull may help too.
One last resort would be a hard reset but be aware that deletes your saved data so make a back up.

Try a reset by holding down the on and home buttons until the phone reboots.
