S5 mini help needed again ;)

Hope someone can help please.

When my mum rings me my phone says i am receiving a message did it twice in 9 minutes just now.

I hadnt received no text.

Used to do it before but whistled so i didnt know if it was my phone or mums S3 mini

Mum not got her own text tone like i have thanks to M15 so thats how i know its my phone.

Can you please tell me how i can stop my phone telling me i got a message when i am speaking to mum.

Maybe you could call cs on 202 & request them to turn it off

OK try pushin the call button, menu , call settings, call alerts, Untick "alerts on call"

2 questions.... do you actually receive a text?
and have you got different tones for text and calls?

Wont know if its worked though til mum rings again.

No i dont receive a text. Yes i got different tones for text , calls and alarms .
