S5 grey box on photos?

I got my new S5 on Monday and when I take a photo it looks fine to start, then a grey box appears and covers most of the photo. Has anyone else had this problem?

Nooooo, don't use live chat for this kind of thing. At best use live chat for telling the time.

Insist on your rights and don't be fobbed off with a refurb. Two weeks old, they have to be kidding!

This is why I wanted it sorting asap as I'm within the 14 days. The orignal person I spoke to said box it all up and use the return label for the door swap. I emailed the chat conversations so have proof
