Well...it's just been delivered at work (Pebble Blue). Couldn't wait to open and take a look. I'll be honest - not a great fan of the colour, would have preferred it a bit darker but otherwise gorgeous (and I didn't want the white one). Saving myself 'til I get home to switch it on !

Ordered 8th May. Email and text yesterday to say on it's way. Received today at 10:20.

**bleep**... just realised, I need a microsim. Bear this in mind everyone - get one while you are waiting for your phone if haven't got one already !

Like others, I got the surprise message yesterday that my blue S3 had been despatched.  Was expecting to have to wait a couple more weeks, at least, so holding out to get the colour I originally wanted for another seven days wasn't too bad, overall!

Am currently (im)patiently waiting for my new toy to be delivered to my office!

Was waiting for a call about when mine would be delivered, and as I was opening the door to my flat when I went home for lunch, the buzzer went and the delivery guy with my phone was waiting downstairs. Hooray!

Won't have a chance to play with it till this evening, but glad it's finally here. Hope everyone else gets theirs today too!

Finally got mine, even if the courrier company did decide to deliver after my time slot (I swear they waited for me to leave work after popping in to see if it was there, as it turned up less than 2 minutes later!). However, thinking I had to wait in town for it (yes, I made a special trip into work on my day off) gave me a chance to get my new micro sim, and it was activated less than 5 minutes later. Just needs charging and I'm all up and running! I like the colour too, and as I'm not a huge fan of white phones I'm really glad I waited.

Such rubbish. All day yesterday the tracking website tells me that my phone is on the van and will be delivered between 18.21 and 19.21. Waited in patiently...after a month wait anyway...then at one minute past 8 the message changes to say that they attempted delivery but there was nobody home! Yeah right, like I'd go out for that one hour after waiting for SO long! It's a race now, if I can find a better deal before the O2 one arrives I'm taking it and O2 can whistle!

I had a nightmare with getting mine, ordered it about a month ago and had to cancel it at the weekend as i was abroad and didnt think i would be comming back for a while then i managed to get back so re ordered it yesterday, with o2 upgrade was informed the blue and the white were both in stock. i asked them if they were sure because of the shortages they said its fine i will get it in 3-5 days.

then i contacted o2 today as my order wasnt loading on there website then get told its out of stock!!!!

i was going to leave o2 as another network had a cheaper deal but was out of stock so i stayed with o2 just coz it was in stock!!!

so basically they lied saying it was instock just to get me to stay!

ive raised a compaint with them lets see if they get back to me today if not i have found somewhere who has it instock on the othernetwork! looks like o2 might loose me unless they can sort something out FAST!

Well... I'm not sure I can believe it.. I ordered an S3 blue on the 5th June. I had been told it was on delayed unknown delivery check back on 8th June. I did told still no firm date 2-3 weeks. Today I check order progress just for curiosity thinking about going white and according to O2 the order has been shipped and is at the couriers. The couriers confirm..... On Monday we shall see for sure. It looks O2 are well up to speed again. revdnsm

Can someone clarify what is going on with the  colour metallic/pebble blue. I see that o2 are shipping blue versions, I assume that this is the pebble blue. However I have read reports that there is to be a metallic blue, is this rebranding or the same phone. And now I read that Samsung are saying that the blue phone will be available 22 June, does that mean it is the metallic blue, a new colour as it would appear that a blue phone is already available. I hope that someone can decipher this post and clarify! Confused and a little tired.

FINALLY received my S3 last Friday and although it isn't the colour that was advertised (I believe) it is a very nice colour - metallic blue.  Still not very happy about the wait of 6 weeks but it is a great toy!
