This am. Somewhere between 10.50am and 11am. Both the CS person I spoke to, and the upgrade person I was transferred to seemed very much on the ball. Upgrade person was called Lisa.

Honestly, when rumors have been circulating the interwebs for a few days about delays to wait untill 10am on the day of release to tell me it will be delayed is shocking. when stock came in a week ago someone must have counted and said we have X number of blue. Up to Mr. Smiths order is covered. Let's let people know past that order there is a problem.

But nope. Nothing. Nada. Just 1 single text on the day of release.

I'd guess these things are processing through the system? Some may be quicker than others for reasons beyond comprehension, as one would think earlier orders in time would be updated first. Did not mean to cause any panic. Just keeping forum updated, unlike 02.

I too got my blue SGS3 changed for a white one instead. Called early this morning. Myo2 still showing my cancelled blue,not showing my new order. Had an email from o2 saying it's being despatched today but no time was given. Just got to be patient...

Oh I'd rather have an email of despatch than a change of order status. Let's hope I get one of those too.

Anyone got a change in their myo2 orders yet? mine is still showing as cancelled. most frustrating order ever.

I still have had no text, I ordered mine on 7th May, so guessing that nothing is being done in order. Do I want the white one or not, thinking of flipping coin to decide. Do white phones get grubby looking ? If I've got it for 2 years I want it to at least look clean for a while!
