I concur. Call centre person was very critical of them.
I just love the fact that people who pre-ordered weeks after me are getting a blue s3 and i am not?! Bit stupid, ah well, i'll be in a better mood tomorrow ![]()

they said they have no samsung galaxy s3's in the shop at all, and wont for a while until all the preorders have been resolved. The woman seemed to think that there were 20m pre-orders. im sure its only about 9 or 10m tho. i just wanted to hold one or have a look, but they have'nt got any at all.
As of about a week a go the pre orders for the phone hit 9 million. I sincerly doubt they've had 11million more pre orders in the last week lol.

Hmm, I'll go into my nearest one (Exeter) on Sunday and ask.
To be fair, I'm not as angry as some because I've not even ordered it but I was still hoping I could pick up a white one without too much hassle.
I guess I'll find out when I get there

FINALLY got a tracking number for white s3 on a buisness contract, really took some pushing and i can't help but feel some of the o2 staff i've spoken to are blatant liars. i'd rather just be told the truth even if it's not good news.
i really am disappointed with o2 over this.
after all their promises it sounds like i'll be getting my phone on thursday, it shows as being still in leeds awaiting collection

Check your tracking number again tomorrow morning. You may be getting it tomorrow if Yodel have info for it today. But it's doubtful it will update again today.
You may not be getting it tomorrow...... But if it's on their site today, there's a strong chance it'll be tomorrow. Mines still in leeds, but I've told I'm 100% getting it tomorrow.

just called 02 was told that they wont know until tommorow if they'll have it in stock or not. Haven't recieved a txt or email, my status still says in progress though. I'm actually raging was told at the start of month to wait until nearer the end of the month to pre order as the tariffs would change to meet competition (bull s***). Then to top it all off i had this convo
