Just been in live chat to ask about the status of my order (blue s3 ordered on 7th may) and apparently 

"John, I can see the the order is currently in stock today. You'll receive the order soon."

I am awaiting confirmation of what "soon" means.

Im sorry but that takes the ****! People who put their pre order in ages ago should get priority over others who "left it to the last minute" Also people who are upgrading their current contract with O2 should be getting priority over new customers!!

Rant over - sorry, its none of you guys who are at fault. I'm just getting cross that I have been with O2 for years and getting treated like a bag of ****

Yeah, that's pretty harsh dude, I get where you're coming from and I agree with you. 

I've been with them for years myself, something like 6 years now I think. Granted, mines been dispatched, but a couple of emails wouldn't have hurt, I've been totally in the dark since about half 11 this morning.

They really need to work on their communication.... Ironic, eh? >.<

I though they would sort out customers who have been with O2 the longest. I've been with them since the BT Cellnet days! Only, the soonest I could upgrade was Saturday.

I pre-ordered a blue one as soon as the link went live back on the 4th May.  My order still says "Processing".  I can't believe that every single blue S3 is delayed because 600,000 out of 9,000,000 phones pre-ordered had a production problem.  I don't think it's right if new customers and those who have only just placed their pre-orders are getting theirs sent before those who've had it on order (white or blue) for ages.

I per ordered the Blue version about 2 weeks ago but I keep getting an error page when trying to check my order on the website.
