Hey guys

Basically since Thurs 14th June i cannot make any calls or texts with my phone, when i try to make a call it comes up "not registered on network" 

I can use the internet, maps etc using my mobile data so can use it without wifi so it is just a calling/texting problem i have

I thought it may have been my sim card but when i put it into my brothers old iphone 4 i can make calls and texts, i also put my brothers o2 sim in my Galaxy S3 and again could not connect to the network so that is why i think it may be a problem with the phone

I contacted o2 who have said that there is no problem at their end, my account is not barred, the IMEI of the galaxy is fine, so there are no restrictions 

I have done a full reboot of the phone and also made sure airplane mode isnt on 

I just dont know what is wrong with my Galaxy S3 

Any ideas???

Its faulty, clearly. Return it to O2 for replacement (assuming it's an O2 contract handset?).

How long have you had the phone because if you are within your 14 days cooling off period you can exchange the phone or if that period is over they will send it off for repair instead

Personally I'd go into an O2 store and not leave until I had a new one....

I went to the o2 store 2day and the fella confirmed it was a faulty phone, i bought the phone of a guy who got it as an upgrade and didnt want it! 

So i contacted him and hes going to get a replacement sorted for me

Dont know him but iv contacted him and hes gonna get a replacement sorted for me, doesnt live too far away!
