Pink colour on HTC One M7 camera shots in lower light

Anonymous
Not applicable

My HTC One M7 shows a pink colour on camera shots taken in low light.  I understand this is a hardware issue.

Will O2 take responsibility for repairing the phone (still under contract) or will I have to go to HTC?

Will O2 issue a temporary phone when my phone is away?

O2 will repair it under warranty although I prefer to deal with the manufacturers direct.

Any loan phone from O2 will be a basic phone and there is a returnable £25 deposit.

I would suggest approaching the manufacturer via their uk support site.

It would also depend if they had a loan phone in too ref O2.

As it is a common fault with that model, either of the repair route options should be able to sort it without too much bother....

Meanwhile you can try changing to 200 or 400 iso in camera settings which should fix it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
