Partner collecting my new phone from store - what ID is needed?

My partner is collecting my new S5 from an O2 store tomorrow. The contract and phone order is in my name,so what ID will she need to take of mine so they will happily send her off with the phone?

You could certainly try although I suspect it is unlikely. However it might be worth explaining what happened to the store manager and asking very very nicely. .... ☺

I once asked when the iPhone 5s was launched to reserve one and got a resounding No !

I wouldn't be confident at picking up something of that nature without some kind of paperwork.

The email doesn't get sent until the store get the handset and book it in, by booking it in it autogenerates the email.
