How can i cancel this whilst abroad on wifi? I don't think I ever signed up and am now being charged everyday even though I am not making or receiving calls or text, I'm on blocked roaming and connected to hotel wifi. Please help me I can not afford this and chat is offline.

Hi @Anonymous To stop using it just make sure mobile data/data roaming is turned OFF. To opt out of O2 Travel text TRAVELOFF to 21300.  This can take up to 24hrs to be applied to your account. You will then be charged  Standard roaming rates http://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel/standard-charges/payandgo

Only use WiFi. You can call and text using Tugo over WiFi. http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

If you are being charged then one of the chargeable services have been used you need to ensure you have turned everything off and are only using wifi

Yeah, no way you should be getting charges for WiFi only use.

I've just found this happening to me too. Thank you for helping with how to turn it off as i'm getting fed up being charged for using hotel wifi 😞
