No network STILL!!!!!!!

Hi i live in the peak national park and for the third day now i still have no network and nobody seems to know when we will be back online but you still happy to keep taking our monthly direct debits......well i think its very poor customer service and no wonder O2 is lagging behind EE and the 3 network well this is another customer and thats 4 on our street that will not beca returning customer.

I'm have slow data connections at times. Intermittent.

Calls and texts fine.

There's maintenance work (again) on my local masts so my service is very spasmodic. Hoping they finally sort it out this time as it's becoming a joke now.
